Copyright

Copyright on any open access or peer-reviewed article on a manuscript published by IJTMR is retained by the authors.

IJTMR is granted the right by authors to publish articles and identify itself as the original publisher.

Authors also grant any third party the right to use articles freely as long as its integrity is maintained and its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.

Authors are free to mention IJTMR as a source whenever the authors later reuse the article on other platforms.

In order to publish an article and make it available, we need publishing rights form signed by the author asking us to go ahead with the publication. However, the author retains the copyright and has the rights to reuse, and so on.  We therefore ask authors who wish to publish in IJTMR, to sign an author contact which grants us the necessary publishing rights after the manuscripts have gone through the peer-review process and have finally been accepted by the journal.

These copyrights assignment enable IJTMR to effectively manage, publish and make your work available to the academic community but the work is own by the author.

It acts as a steward of your work as it appears in the scholarly record.

Take necessary and appropriate actions when your article has been infringed or plagiarized.
